Peganum garmala contains in its composition quinazoline (L-peganine (vasicin), pegamine, peganol, deoxypeganine, peganidin, etc.) and β-carboline (harmine, harman, harmaline, harmalol, alkaloids, which also cause different pharmacological activity harmala preparations. The accumulation of alkaloids depends on the stage ontogenesis differs aboveground underground parts plant. aim work is to determine possibility using various plant organs for isolation individual alkaloids.
 study was conducted a collected territory Republic Kyrgyzstan phases vegetation, flowering fruiting.
 Using thin-layer chromatography spectrophotometry, it found that alkaloid peganine predominates aerial part In roots phase vegetation flowering, harmine predominates, while fruiting absent only recorded. Quantitative determination content both carried out by measuring optical density at wavelengths characteristic extremums (266 nm) (315 nm). As result, peganin common does not depend ontogenesis. At same time, decreases ontogeny with simultaneous change ratio – stages, stage, trace level increase peganine.
